Sales Leader Will Drive Company’s Growth Across Canada

Today we announced that Deron Clements has been named as National Leader for Business Development & Growth for Maximus in Canada. In his new role, Clements will be the Business Development leader for all sales across the country.

Most recently, Clements was Vice President of Business Development for Serco Canada since 2014. During his tenure, he helped drive significant business growth and secured multiple recompete and new business contract awards.

Prior to joining Maximus, Clements served as the Vice President, Business Development at Serco and KPMG with a focus on the Ontario Public Sector. His career experience encompasses working with large, global management consulting practices at KPMG to boutique specialist organizations – while always maintaining a focus on client service excellence.
