Leadership

Christian Gingras has served as Managing Director of Maximus Canada since October 2022. He provides overall executive leadership for the Maximus Canada organization, with responsibility for operational, financial, and business development activities across the country.

Mr. Gingras brings over 25 years of experience as a results-oriented leader in private and public sectors, with a proven track record of fostering strategic growth and executing large organizational transformations.  

Recognized as a driven and inspirational leader, Mr. Gingras is committed to instilling a common vision to deliver on organizational objectives, and dedicated to building inclusive, diverse and motivated teams.

Throughout his career, he has held several significant leadership positions in Canada: most recently as President, Infotech Consulting Division; Chief Information Officer and Shared Service Leader with the CBI Health Group; Vice President and Canadian Country Leader with Hitachi Consulting; and Vice President with eHealth Ontario.

His areas of expertise include strategically navigating complex Information Technology and Operational Management challenges, specifically within the healthcare, cloud software and IT sectors.
