    Opportunities are available across Canada for those who would like to work in a remote capacity. Please note, some roles may require you to be located in a specific geographical area. Please see individual postings for more details.

  • British Columbia

    Downtown Victoria is home to the Maximus Canada head office. 

    Victoria also includes operations for the Service BC Contact Centre, which provides information and referral services for BC programs. The Service BC Contact Centre also provides direct citizen support for high-demand government programs, on an ongoing and periodic basis.

  • Alberta

    Maximus Canada is constantly assessing new technology, processes and methods of delivering services to the citizens of Canada. With our expertise in program information management, claims processing, Contact Centre services, document processing and Information Technology, we are positioned for significant growth.   • Ontario

    In Toronto, Maximus Canada administers the Ontario Drug Benefit (ODB) program. ODB helps Ontario residents cover the cost of prescription medications, and the dynamic customer Contact Centre processes applications, renewals, change notifications and receipts. 

    In Ottawa, Maximus Canada is proud to operate a state-of-the-art Contact Centre supporting federal government contracts. Contact Centre agents respond to calls from across the country, providing citizens with information and referral services.

Recruitment Process

Are you wondering what will happen once you apply to a job posting at Maximus Canada? The following steps will provide you with a general overview of the recruitment process and what you can expect:

  1. Application:
    Submit your cover letter and resume online, using the Maximus Canada Career Centre. If you are interested in more than one position, please apply to each job posting separately.
  2. Evaluation:
    Your application(s) will be screened based on the qualifications listed in the job posting and job description.
  3. Interviews and Testing:
    If your application moves to the next phase of the recruitment process, we will contact you for a panel interview. This phase of the recruitment process may include testing and/or a second interview. If testing is required, it may happen prior to your first interview.
  4. Reference Checks
    Once the interview and testing phase is complete, we will contact the references you have provided us.
  5. Selection
    If you are the successful candidate, the hiring manager will contact you directly, and you will receive a written offer.
